  1. 新建网站
  2. 添加 webService(ASMX)文件(vs 会对应在 app_code目录添加 behind cs文件)
  3. vs publish 到本地文件目录
  4. IIS中添加网站（3中发布的本地目录）
  5. 浏览测试
